Southern Charmz Terms Of Use.


These terms are here to protect me, the creator, and you , the purchaser. When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms whether you have read them or not. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I reserve the right to change these terms at any time.




Sigtags:
  • All sigtags are 100% my creation using tubes, tutorials, and/or outlines from the sites I am a member of. You can find my membership logos under Memberships.
  • You MAY NOT open these in ANY graphic program.
  • You MAY NOT resell, pass around snag groups, tube, or re-color these tags.
  • You MAY buy these for your friends, sisters, etc.
  • You MUST have a link back to this site whenever you use them.




Tubes:
  • All tubes are 100% my creation using tutorials, and/or outlines from sites I am a member of. You can find my membership logos under Memberships.
  • You MAY NOT resell them tubes as is.
  • Tubes NEED to be finished before offering them on your site. Adding a name to it is NOT considered finished.
  • Tubes MAY be re-colored as long as you DO NOT change the shading methods. You MUST have my WRITTEN permission before doing so.
  • You MAY NOT pass these around snag groups or share with others.
  • You MAY buy these for your friends, sisters, etc.
  • You MUST have a link back to this site whenever you use them.




Dolls:
  • All dolls are 100% my creation using tutorials, and/or outlines from sites I am a member of. You can find my membership logos under Memberships.
  • You MAY NOT open these in ANY graphic program.
  • You MAY NOT resell, pass around snag groups, tube or re-color these dolls.
  • You MAY buy these for your firends, sisters, ect.
  • You MUST have a link back to this site whenever you use them.




WordPress
  • All WordPress themes are 100% my creation using tubes, tutorials and/or outlines from the sites I am a member of. You can find my membership logos under Memberships.
  • When you purchase a theme, you are purchasing the RIGHT to use it for personal use. I still retain the copyrights.
  • You MAY NOT remove my link from the themes. It MUST stay intact at all times.
  • Themes MAY be used on personal or commercial sites.
  • You MAY NOT redistrubte any of the supplied graphics.
  • You MAY NOT remove the graphics, use my coding, and supply your own graphics. If you would like to purchase the template (coding) for your self, please go to Northern Sun Hosting & Design and purchase one of Sunny’s templates.




Freebies:
  • Freebies are just that. Free. You MAY NOT make any sort of profit from these.
  • Freebies come as they are. Do not ask me to make any changes other than the options I have listed, as I will ignore your e-mail.
